Coolers are a family of fresh, refreshing cocktails. Here is a fine example in this minty version.

In a tumbler filled with ice, pour in all the ingredients, finishing with the ginger ale.

Cut a stalk of lemongrass in half lengthwise and place in the glass.

Stir with a swizzle stick to blend the cocktail and release a delicate lemongrass aroma.

Garnish with a mint sprig and seasonal berries.
