Alpine plants, elevated into liqueur

Born at the heart of the Alpine massifs, our herbal liqueurs are the result of a patient alchemy between nature and craftsmanship. Each recipe relies on a rigorous selection of plants, flowers and spices, hand-harvested and macerated or distilled using methods passed down for over a century.

From Génépi à l’Ancienne, an emblem of the French Alps, to the Coiron Jaune and Coiron Vert with their complex blends of 34 to 35 botanicals, each liqueur tells the story of a territory and an artisanal gesture. At Distillerie des Alpes, we don’t simply make liqueurs: we reveal the soul of the plants.

Intense digestifs or refined aperitifs, our herbal liqueurs celebrate the richness of the mountain terroir and the rigour of a Master Distiller who knows every aroma by heart.

Exceptional Alpine plants.

Génépi, lemon balm, angelica, saffron, elderflower… Our botanicals are carefully selected, hand-picked above 1,500 metres of altitude, to preserve all their freshness and aromatic intensity.

The 1901 still, still in use.

To preserve the soul of our liqueurs, our historic 1901 still — restored in 1998 after more than 50 years of inactivity — stands alongside our new Stupfler still. Tradition and precision, in the service of authenticity.

Blends of rare complexity.

Up to 35 plants, flowers and spices in a single bottle. Each recipe is the result of a meticulous blend, mastered by our Master Distiller, the guarantee of uncompromising quality and authenticity.
